WESTPHAL ELECTRONIC is a company specialized since 1993 on the production of hardware random number generators which create true random numbers. The word "true" means that these numbers are absolutely non-deterministic, i.e. the numbers are unpredictable. This is achieved by sampling thermal electronic noise.
